Episode 35: How To Re-Wire Your Patterns
Your patterns make up your way of being in the world. Your patterns can either energetically align with the frequency of your soul truth, or with the energetic frequency of a past self that's reacting in the present moment.
In this episode, I explain the simple break down of what needs to happen in the brain in order for your patterns to start shifting, and things that you can do right away to help your mind/body system begin to rewire in a more aligned direction.
We explore:
-what a pattern really is and where it comes from
-what is happening in the brain when a pattern is replaying over and over again, and how you can begin to create a new neurological pathway
-why the body is important in the re-wiring process
-the things you should be doing every day to help reinforce the re-wiring process
-the significance of energetically resolving past self reactions in order to embody future-self presence

Episode 34: Coming Into Relationship With The Land: Ancestors, Opening Portals, and Collective Healing
We have a crisis of disconnection-- within ourselves, with each other, and with the land and Earth. As we continue to see the disastrous impact of climate change, there is so much collective grief to hold and navigate, and the question is how do we move forward, and how do we begin to connect more deeply to what truly matters?
In this episode, we explore the importance of coming into relationship with the land that we live on, the lands that we travel to, and how through reverence and devotion to this relationship we can begin to heal individually and collectively.
We touch on:
-how working relationally with the land shifts your own relationship within yourself
-the interconnection between the toxic systems that we live in, and our treatment of the land, and how building relationship with the land can start to energetically shift this dynamic
-the importance of recognizing and honoring the indigenous ancestors of the land, and learning how to be guests on land that was stolen
-the energy in different parts of the world holds the energetic codes to open portals of possibility and how you can start to work with this energy

The Importance of Being Trauma Informed As A Coach
Sunday Jan 26, 2020
Sunday Jan 26, 2020
Episode 31: The Importance of Being Trauma-Informed As A Coach
If you are a coach, are thinking about becoming a coach, or are looking for a coach, this episode is for you!
Being a trauma-informed coach, especially if the kind of work you do with people touches on their personal experiences in the world, is imperative in providing supportive, ethical and responsible client care.
The coaching industry continues to expand at a rapid rate, more and more people are turning to coaches for both life and business development, and while this is a wonderful trend (because I am all for people being able to access personal development and help in all different forms, whether it's through coaching or therapy), there are very real concerns that present themselves in a space where no *required* training or regulation exists to govern this growing profession.
I've had clients, potential clients, and other coaches tell me about experiences they've had in the coaching industry where they've been in spaces and worked with coaches individually that triggered past traumatic events, which resulted in negative repercussions for the client.
Even though most coaches have good intentions and want to help, there is a real lack of training and knowledge on how to properly handle situations where past trauma is triggered AND there is very little to no conversation about what it means to remain in their scope of practice, and when to refer a client to a therapist for continued deeper work.
If you work with people, being trauma-informed is a necessity, because every person has some level of trauma.
In this episode we dive into:
-why being a trauma-informed coach should be a standard regardless of what kind of coaching you are providing
-ways that you can start integrating a trauma-informed lens on how you lead your business
-if you're looking to hire a coach, how to pick one that has the kind of background and experience that you need, depending on the kind of work you are doing with them
-why going through your own healing journey with something doesn't necessarily qualify you to coach someone else through theirs (aka considering the limitations of what you can provide, depending on the depth of work that you are doing)
-when to refer someone to a therapist
-how honoring your own zone computes to higher client satisfaction and more positive business growth
And so much more!!

Embracing Your Sacred Anger
Saturday Jan 25, 2020
Saturday Jan 25, 2020
Episode 30: Embracing Your Sacred Anger
Anger can be a gift and an opening into understanding ourselves more deeply, voicing our truths more potently, and a gateway into accessing the well of inner power that rests inside of us. Sacred anger illuminates our needs and our boundaries, and it tells the story of the parts of us, and the ancestors that reside within us, that have been silenced.
On a societal level, depending on the gender you've been socialized as, you've either been taught to ignore, push away or silence your anger, or you've been taught that anger is the only "appropriate" emotion or response that you can express outwardly to the world.
In this episode, we explore:
-why anger is one of our most important teachers
-how anger can fuel us to be fully who we are in the world
-the role of anger when it comes to helping us create boundaries and identify unconscious needs
-the way that anger can light the path forward, and ignite you into aligned action
-how anger presents for you, depending on whether you've been socialized as a woman or man in this society and how you can work with your anger to shift your relationship to it
And so much more!

Dancing with the Divine: Embodying the Energy of Co-Creation
Wednesday Oct 02, 2019
Wednesday Oct 02, 2019
Episode 28: Dancing with the Divine: Embodying the Energy of Co-Creation
Is co-creation the same as manifestation? I say no. There's a subtle, yet distinct energetic difference in manifesting and co-creating, and it's an important difference.
One is primarily tied to how you see your desires actualizing in the 3D realm (manifestation), and the other is how you are living and BE-ing in all areas of life and business (co-creation).
I see a lot of people getting frustrated and stuck with "manifesting", and it's because there's a deeper portal that's been asked to be opened-- a synchronistic dance with the Universe, where your ego doesn't take the front seat in your co-creative process.
This episode isn't going to give you hacks on how to manifest your dream life in 3 easy steps. Cause that isn't a real thing. This episode will give you insights and tools to work with the energy of co-creation in your business and life that's in alignment with your own soul's path.
We dive into:
-how to enter into a synchronistic relationship with the Universe and why it's important for embodying the energy of co-creation
-the connection between embodiment and co-creation and why it's an uphill battle to co-create without embodiment on board
-the reasons why you might not be seeing the results you want in your 3D realm
-how you can re-align with your own energy, and create a life and business that feels really good
-tips on how to start anchoring in the energy of co-creation into your life and business right now.

Episode 27: Building An Aligned and Profitable Brand with Rickilee Walls
I don't often talk about branding and marketing strategy on my podcast, but it is an important component of building a sustainable and successful business that creates your desired impact in the world. Branding and marketing is the structure that supports your unique expression in your business, and building a brand and marketing in a way that's in alignment with you is extremely important to the success of your business.
In today's podcast, my guest and mentor Rickilee Walls speaks about what it takes to build an impactful and profitable brand. We dive into:
-the keys to building an impactful and profitable business
-the difference between branding and marketing
-why business formulas or step by step processes ultimately don't give you what you really want, even if they sometimes can bring in the money
-how you can show up as a multidimensional being in your business and still execute effective branding
And so much more!

Episode 26: Creating Authentic Connection And How To Have Conversations About Race with Krystle Cobran
As a leader and an entrepreneur, it's important to know how to hold space for the folxs who enter your container.
Too often in spiritual communities, I've seen the "light and love"/"oneness" concept being used to invalidate or diminish the very real experiences of folxs with marginalized identities, and we NEED to do better.
Preaching oneness and light and love creates more division when you are not acknowledging and honoring the things that make us different in the 3D realm. It's imperative for all of us to create spaces where we can have real, brave and authentic conversations that bring us closer together.
In this week's episode my guest, Krystle Cobran, gets real about what it means to step into fear, to honor your voice, and have brave and meaningful conversations that help us weave our stories together.
We dive into:
-Krystle's story of how she was led into facilitating this powerful work
-what it *really* means for us to listen to one another
-how to find our voice and be brave in speaking our truth
-why preaching "oneness" isn't the answer
-how we can step away from *fixing* and into fully *seeing* each other
And so much more!
Krystle's Bio:
There's a way to have the race conversation that weaves our stories together. We need doable tips, tools, and skills that help us learn how to listen to one another. We need to stop feeling so forgotten, abandoned, and alone. We need step-by-step support that helps us create connection and feel less lonely. We need clarity, judgement-free spaces to wrestle with hard questions, and spaces where we can talk about race feels like. We’re craving conversations with each other instead of at each other.
What we’re looking for is real, open, honest connection. The kind that weaves our stories together. That's what Krystle's work is all about. Krystle creates spaces, facilitates live conversations and workshops, and builds online training tools that help us listen to each other, see each other, and understand each other. She's here to help us connect more and fear less.
